Agreeing to the Terms
When do these terms start applying to me?
The moment you open any page on aiviaspeaker.com. Reading, scrolling, playing an embedded video or clicking a link all count as accepting what follows, together with our privacy policy.
Is there a minimum age?
aivia, Faceless Channel Lab is not directed at anyone under 13, and in regions where the law sets 16 as the minimum, not at anyone under 16.
What if I do not agree?
Then please leave the site. There is no account to close and nothing to unsubscribe from, because aivia offers neither.
About the Content
What does aivia cover?
Faceless YouTube channels, AI voiceover tools, scriptwriting methods and the freelancers who help with them. aiviaspeaker.com is an independent blog. It sells no services, runs no shop and takes no payments.
Is the content written by AI?
Partly. AI tools assist with drafting, and Mason Day, our editor, reviews the material by hand. The review improves quality but does not make the content flawless. Voice tools in particular update their pricing and features often.
Will following your guides grow my channel?
We hope they help, though we guarantee nothing. Subscriber counts, watch time, monetization approval and income depend on YouTube, your audience and your own work, none of which we control.
Is this professional advice?
No. Treat every page as general information. For legal, financial, tax or copyright questions about your channel, consult a qualified professional.
Ownership
Am I allowed to reuse your scripts or articles?
Everything original on aiviaspeaker.com, including articles, sample scripts, templates, images and design, belongs to aivia unless a credit says otherwise. You are free to read it, link to it and quote short excerpts with attribution. Narrating our sample scripts word for word in your videos, reposting full articles or selling our material requires written permission. Names of YouTube, voice tools and other products belong to their owners.
Using the Site Properly
What counts as misuse?
Any unlawful activity, attempts to access our servers without permission, spreading malware, aggressive automated scraping, and artificial clicks on our affiliate redirect links. aivia reserves the right to block anyone doing these things.
Affiliate Links and Other Websites
How does aivia make money?
Through affiliate commissions, mainly from Fiverr. If you hire a voiceover artist or scriptwriter after clicking one of our links, Fiverr pays us a share. You pay the normal price, nothing more. The disclosure page explains this fully.
What are the /go/ links?
Redirect paths on our own domain. An affiliate link points to an address such as aiviaspeaker.com/go/ plus a partner name, which then forwards you to the partner’s website.
Whose rules apply on Fiverr?
Fiverr’s. Once you land there, Fiverr’s terms of service and privacy policy govern, and Fiverr sets its own cookies. The same is true of every other external site we link to. Any order you place is between you and the platform or seller.
What about the YouTube videos on your pages?
They are embedded from YouTube. YouTube and Google set cookies when the player loads or a video plays, under Google’s policies. Our cookie banner asks for your consent before non-essential cookies run.
Contact Form Messages
How do I send a message, and what happens to it?
Use the form on the contact page. It collects your name, your email address and your message, and nothing else. Please do not include passwords, payment details or private information about other people. We read messages but are not obliged to answer each one. The privacy policy describes how submissions are handled.
Warranties, Liability and Indemnity
Do you guarantee the site is accurate?
No. aiviaspeaker.com is supplied as is and as available, without warranties of accuracy, completeness, reliability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent the law permits.
What is aivia responsible for if something goes wrong?
Within legal limits, aivia is not liable for indirect or consequential damage, lost revenue, demonetization, lost data or any loss arising from your use of the site or of linked services. Where a law prevents such exclusions, they apply only as far as permitted.
When would I owe aivia anything?
If you breach these terms or misuse the site and a third party brings a claim against aivia as a result, you agree to indemnify aivia for the losses, damages and reasonable legal fees involved.
Changes, Law and Contact
How will I know the terms changed?
We post the revised version on this page and change the date at the top. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new version.
Which law governs?
Whatever law applies at the operator’s place of establishment governs, along with any consumer protections your home country grants you which no agreement is allowed to override.
What if part of these terms is invalid?
The invalid part is removed or narrowed, and the rest remains binding.
